Optix OSN1800 Version description of the LSX board

OptiX OSN 1800 integrates both OTN and WDM features and uniformly transmits various services at the metro network edge, such as broadband, leased line, and mobile services. OptiX OSN 1800 supports unified transmission of multiple services ranging from 100 Mbit/s to 10 Gbit/s, unified switching of OTN/PKT/SDH services, and automatic commissioning at the optical layer. In this way, OptiX OSN 1800 flattens networks, reduces network deployment and O&M costs, and provides optimal solutions for various metro scenarios.

F1LSX: When the system control board is F1SCC, the logical board can be LSX only. When the system control board isTNZ1UXCL, F3SCC or F5UXCM/F5UXCME/F5XCH/Z5UXCMS, the logical board can be LSX (STND) only. The LSX board can be interconnected with the LSX (STND) board.
F2LSX: When the system control board is F1SCC, the logical board can be F2LSX or F2LSX (STND). When the system control board is TNZ1UXCL, F3SCC or F5UXCM/F5UXCME/F5XCH/Z5UXCMS, the logical board can be F1LSX(STND) and F2LSX (STND).

TNF1LSX TNF2LSX The TNF2LSX board can be created as F1LSX
(STND) on the NMS to function as a TNF1LSX
board. In this scenario, the TNF2LSX board only
provides the functions of the TNF1LSX board.
NOTE:
If the NE software version is V100R003C01 or later,
the NE software does not need to be upgraded
during the substitution. If the NE software version is
earlier than V100R003C01, the NE software needs
to be upgraded to V100R003C01 or a later version.
NOTE:
OTU2 services can be received on the client side of
the TNF2LSX board. Because client-side SFP+
optical modules do not support colored light, the
TNF2LSX board cannot replace the TNF1LSX board
that works in regeneration mode.

NOTE:
After board substitution, if the substitution board is inserted to another slot or NE:
If no logical board is configured in the target slot, the substitution board logically functions as itself after going online.
If a logical board has been configured in the target slot, the substitution board logically functions as the existing logical board.
If delete the the logical board in the target slot, the substitution board logically functions as itself.
